Pepparkaka
As the Swede is well known no gingerbread (with hole as Christmas tree decoration) has more in the range, I have baked it myself today ... which is less complicated than I thought.

ingredients for about 4 plates:

soda or baking powder
750g flour
beet syrup, honey, brown sugar and water to the boil in a pot.
